Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–4 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Punjab: 2–3 working days
  • Outside Punjab: Approximately 4–5 working days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout. Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID or order update through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or a missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear pictures and your order details.
